In this role, you will support the resin infusion process used to build our high-performance composite boats. Previous experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Apply dry bulk fiberglass for hulls, decks, and cores</li><li>Install vacuum and feed lines as well as bagging materials</li><li>Assist with the vacuum infusion process, debagging, and prepping for secondary bonding</li><li>Pull parts from molds and inspect prior to quality control</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned by management</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to stand for long periods</li><li>Occasionally required to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, or crawl</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Frequent use of hands and fingers with tools and materials</li><li>May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, or chemicals in a manufacturing environment</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
