This is a permanent full-time role based in our Brisbane CBD headquarters. This position is in-office; however, it allows for ad hoc working from home. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will contribute to delivering high-quality, reliable software for RPM’s MinVu team. MinVu is a Data Intelligence Platform that collects, validates, augments, and standardises data, empowering users to make safer, smarter, and more informed decisions to drive their operations forward.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an opportunity for a smart, innovative, self-motivated Software Engineer to join a distributed team of like-minded people who develop world-class software using a practical, agile-based modern development methodology certified to ISO 9001. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, robust software solutions</li>\n<li>Perform analysis, testing, debugging, and performance tuning</li>\n<li>Contribute to technical documentation and provide ongoing product support</li>\n<li>Ensure code meets quality standards and aligns with corporate objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About you</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C# and SQL</li>\n<li>Proven track record in developing commercial engineering or technical applications</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset</li>\n<li>Proficiency in React / MUI</li>\n<li>Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience</li>\n<li>Strong command of the English language in both verbal and written form.</li>\n<li>Must have the legal right to work in Australia</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Highly Regarded Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the mining industry</li>\n<li>Development of multithreaded systems</li>\n<li>Familiarity with DevExpress UI components</li>\n<li>Contribution to large-scale, complex software projects</li>\n<li>Experience with Azure DevOps / YAML pipelines</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About RPM</span></p>\n<p>RPMGlobal is the mining industry’s leading enterprise technology and training provider and has been at the forefront of change and innovation in the mining industry for over 50 years.​​</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We advance the mining industry towards a safer, more efficient, and more sustainable future through the delivery of innovative software solutions and deep domain mining expertise.
