Your efforts will help create a welcoming environment that fosters patient comfort and trust.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Prepare for Patient Visits:</b> Review and update patient records before face-to-face or Telehealth appointments, ensuring all recent test results and correspondence are up-to-date.</li><li><b>Maintain Exam Rooms:</b> Clean and stock exam rooms between patient visits, adhering to infection control standards.</li><li><b>Patient Preparation:</b> Prepare patients for their visit and notify the physician or mid-level provider when they are ready to be seen.</li><li><b>Initial Medical Screening:</b> Greet patients, take vital signs, and document basic medical history accurately.</li><li><b>Assist During Exams:</b> Support physicians or mid-level providers during patient examinations.</li><li><b>Efficient Use of Time:</b> Restock supplies, check inventory, and keep all areas clean and orderly.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>Communication Skills:</b> Excellent ability to take medical histories, understand instructions, and document information accurately.
