We are fully committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Become proficient in Salesforce (computer software), database functioning, and tracking systems</li>\n<li>Provide accurate and complete information to referrals; making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls</li>\n<li>Schedule referrals for educational sessions</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot barriers to customers participation in educational opportunities</li>\n<li>Assist direct care workers in enrolling in healthcare insurance in the Pennie system</li>\n<li>Participate actively and collaboratively as part of the customer service team</li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service to participants, clients, and other stakeholders</li>\n<li>Complete administrative functions as needed, including but not limited to outbound recruitment and marketing</li>\n<li>Keep accurate records of trainee interactions and resolve trainee issues or complaints with professionalism and in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Perform additional duties and projects, as needed, to ensure overall functioning of the work</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Skills/Attributes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school degree or GED required.</li>\n<li>Bilingual applicants are highly desired, Spanish preferred and will be given special consideration.</li>\n<li>Aptitude and significant experience working on a computer.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Google and Microsoft programs.</li>\n<li>Experience using Salesforce is preferred, but not required.</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Experience working with people with disabilities, in health care, or in-home care a plus.</li>\n<li>Experience working in customer service, particularly in an office setting, is highly desired.</li>\n<li>Experience working for a labor union or social justice organization is desirable.</li>\n<li>Being Pennie certified is highly desirable; must be willing to become Pennie certified, if not currently.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daytime schedule</li>\n<li>Monday to Friday</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span> </span></p>",
