Your role will be in Customer Service with the many opportunities to develop you career into other areas of our business. Engaging with customers by phone / email ensuring the best customer service protocols are provided. You will be required to be comfortably fluent in Spanish.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helping / Advising Customers in L<span>oan Repayment Process</span>.</li>\n<li>Assisting Customers with their Loan Repayment Schedules.</li>\n<li>Answering all questions and queries via Phone, Chat, SMS or Email.</li>\n<li>Focused on enhancing the overall customer experience and promoting other potential products across our business.</li>\n<li>Most importantly, putting the customers at the 'heart' of everything we do.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competencies / Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Written and Verbal Fluency in Spanish &amp; English</li>\n<li>Focused and target driven, competitive and eager to deliver excellent customer service.</li>\n<li>You like working in an international company with many different cultures around you.</li>\n<li>Previous experience of working in any customer contact role by phone or directly.</li>\n<li>Previous specific Debt Collection or Customer Service experience in any industry would be a plus.</li>\n<li>Good negotiation skills would be a plus.</li>\n<li>Passion for helping people and making our customers feel important / special.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Competitive Salary + Benefits + Bonus.</p>\n<ul></ul>",
