font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Produce Targeting Packages (TP), which include Lead Tenders (LT), Lead Developmental Packages (LDP), Source Development Analysis (SDA), Source Validation Packages (SVP), as well as responding to ad hoc targeting support RFIs.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 62, 73);
