Job Description:
As the Junior Compliance Officer , you will be expected to provide analysis of user data, while being expected to multi-task effectively on various engagements. The Junior Compliance Officer will be expected to work within a team concept philosophy, where the ability to work closely with all members of the team on projects is essential.
You’ll :
Exercise independent judgment and discretion handling highly sensitive information.
Maintain contemporary knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Best Practices.
Supports Senior Management in ensuring Quantfury has measures in place to identify , manage, and mitigate risk.
Review user activity to ensure that it falls within acceptable parameters set forth by laws and regulations.
Demonstrate the ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issues and to negotiate and integrate different viewpoints.
Apply analytic techniques to complex information to make logical and effectively supported conclusions.
Assess customer profiles and large amounts of data to ensure normal and expected activity.
Document complex findings in a clear narrative style format and prepare reports.
Routinely responds to Management Queries concerning compliance issues, including but not limited to onboarding, due diligence processes, and suspicious activity reporting.
Analyze trends on the Quantfury trading platform to ensure detections are working properly.

You should have:
a bachelor's degree in business accounting or finance is required ;
a Compliance certification (ACAMS, AMLCA, etc.) is preferred;
proven ability to analyze large amounts of data to report critical information;
passion for technology and systems ;
working knowledge of data query and analysis skills;
exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information accurately, clearly, and quickly to all levels;
capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced and challenging environment and agility and motivation to adapt in an environment where things are changing quickly ;
resilience, a strong will, and determination is a must ;
ability to quickly defuse and resolve user anxiety through exceptional support service skills and product knowledge;
a builder mentality and eagerness to help build and influence processes for a newly forming team;
ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills to resolve issues;
a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally .
As the Quantfury team operates on a 24x7 basis, you may find yourself working odd hours instead of your typical 9 to 5 and you must generally be flexible with your work hours.
