This role manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, ensures compliance, and leads a purchasing team while partnering cross-functionally to support production and business goals.</div><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul><li>Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with manufacturing and business objectives.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost effectiveness.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize value and reduce risk.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet production schedules and inventory targets.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies; oversee supplier audits.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the purchasing team while driving continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>8+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Experience in contract manufacturing or a related industry strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven negotiation skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\">Please note this job posting is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
