We are currently hiring an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead HVAC Technician</span> to join our growing mechanical team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can lead projects in the field, ensure quality workmanship, and mentor team members while delivering top-tier service on commercial and residential systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Diploma/GED</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5 years of HVAC experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2 years of HVAC Lead experience</span></li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, make it to work on time every day</li>\n<li>Safe driving practices and clean driving record</li>\n<li>Reliable, professional, and safety-minded</li>\n<li>Pass a drug test (including marijuana)</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret plans and technical documents</li>\n<li>Practice safety on job sites every day</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team and develop positive working relationships with peers, general contractors and owners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>EPA Universal Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead HVAC installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Oversee job site operations and coordinate with project managers</li>\n<li>Diagnose and repair HVAC systems efficiently</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations</li>\n<li>Mentor and support junior technicians</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our comprehensive benefits package includes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vacation Pay</li>\n<li>Full Family Medical Plans – WE offer two plans to choose from. 100% of the premiums for one of our plans is paid for by Mount Baker Mechanical for both the employee and his/her dependents, as well as matching contributions for the Health Savings Account.</li>\n<li>Full Family Dental – Premiums are paid in full by the company for both the employee and his/her dependents.</li>\n<li>We offer additional voluntary plans such as Vision, Accident, Identity the Protection, ect.</li>\n<li>Prescription drug plan</li>\n<li>401(k) with matching contributions</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company Funded ESOP Retirement Plan</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and its employees.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apply today to Mount Baker Mechanical</span></p>",
