This role is responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs and project estimates. This role collaborates heavily with Field Operations, Purchasing, Leadership, and Project Managers to ensure accurate and complete estimates.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A Relationship Builder. </span>Whether it’s with a customer, supplier, vendor, or coworker, you value the importance of relationships. Additionally, you realize that a deadline is a detail and that deadlines must be met.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Oriented. </span>You recognize that problems can be mitigated through proper use of processes, standards, and early risk assessment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A Scorekeeper.</span> You understand the importance of measuring progress and results, financial and otherwise. You document, you track project data, you keep dashboards up-to-date and you hold yourself accountable for your work. You communicate pertinent information to others. You connect strategies to outcome and results.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience estimating electrical construction projects over $3 million. </li>\n<li>Experience estimating large commercial and industrial projects.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in estimating in Accubid required with LiveCount a big plus!  </li>\n<li>Ability to prepare conceptual budgets based on minimal information and specifications.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer generous benefits, competitive compensation, paid time off, training and development, the opportunity for growth, a safe work environment, and the chance to work with a winning team in a great company culture.
