The Essential Infrastructure Manager shall provide leadership and management for day-to-day operations of a large scale Data Center mechanical plant, while ensuring the highest levels of reliability and availability are maintained.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Possess a comprehensive knowledge of large scale Data Centers, including mechanical and fire protection infrastructures</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Possess a thorough understanding of building automation systems that assist in the operation and control of the mechanical plant infrastructure</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Schedule, coordinate and participate in all significant planned and emergency maintenance for the facility</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Shall ensure all maintenance for the facility is executed in a controlled and proven a method that ensures uninterrupted integrity of the critical loads supported by these systems</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Developing operating and maintenance strategies to ensure continuous availability of all critical systems</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Developing and updating preventative and predictive maintenance programs for essential equipment</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Expertise in Microsoft Office suite applications, preferably Microsoft Project, Visio or AutoCad</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Advanced written communication and technical writing skills</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Complex problem solving using analysis, technical and organizational expertise in order to develop creative innovative solutions</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;
