The QISG team brings together Engineering, Safety, Quality, Material Procurement, QA/QC, Right-of-Way Acquisition, Scheduling, Environmental Planning, Permitting, Title and Land Management expertise that ensure outstanding results for our clients.</p>\n<h2>About this Role</h2>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> US Remote with up to 40% travel to domestic project sites.</p>\n<p>QISG is seeking both mid-level and senior-level <strong>Schedulers</strong> to support complex infrastructure projects. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams to develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules across EPC, Design-Build, and CMAR delivery models.</p>\n<p>The Scheduler will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout—with a strong focus on critical path analysis, schedule risk mitigation, and performance tracking/forecasting.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings hands-on Primavera P6 experience supporting data center or commercial infrastructure projects and has the ability to translate complex engineering and field inputs into clear, actionable, and well-structured project schedules.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Develop and maintain CPM schedules.</p></li>\n <li><p>Build and update resource- and cost-loaded <strong>Primavera P6</strong> schedules.</p></li>\n <li><p>Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (intra-company or subcontractor) teams.</p></li>\n <li><p>Link WBS to CBS for accurate forecasting, cash flow, and financial alignment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Produce earned value metrics, schedule KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executive reporting.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, productivity tracking, and time-impact assessments.</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>4-10 years of scheduling experience in Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) industry. </p></li>\n <li>Data center or commercial infrastructure P6 scheduling experience.</li>\n <li>Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development.</li>\n <li><p>Experience with large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment schedules for data center or commercial projects.</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments.</p></li>\n <li><p>Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Competitive base salary</p></li>\n <li><p>Generous PTO & paid holidays to maintain work-life balance</p></li>\n <li><p>401(k) with a generous match to plan for your future</p></li>\n <li><p>Comprehensive benefits – medical, dental, vision, and life insurance</p></li>\n <li><p>Weekly pay for consistent, reliable compensation</p></li>\n <li><p>Great mentoring & career growth opportunities – we invest in your development#LI-REMOTE</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>\n<p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity), age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and/or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
