These positions pay by job and are 1099 based. We provide as much work as you and/or your teams would like, year-round.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Potential Comp: <strong>$150,000 - $300,000 / Year</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Remodel bathroom in 1-2 days by using trade skills such as carpentry, trim carpentry, plumbing, and construction.</p>\n<p>· Adhere to all The Bath Authority installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services.</p>\n<p>· Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers.</p>\n<p>· Respect customers’ property and leave the work area clean.</p>\n<p>· Always wear our uniform on the job, observing rules of good grooming and hygiene.</p>\n<p>· Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations.</p>\n<p>· Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.</p>\n<p>· Take inventory of your installation vehicle and keep it stocked with all necessary tools, job components, and paperwork.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>· Must have general liability and workers comp insurance to be hired.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>· Truck and enclosed trailer for hauling products to and from job site.</strong></p>\n<p>· 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square.</p>\n<p>· Possess and be able to use necessary tools to complete demolition or installation including power tools, drills, jigsaws.</p>\n<p>· Valid driver’s license with minimum age of 18 yrs. old, and verifiable insurance.</p>\n<p>· Minimum of basic plumbing knowledge needed. Ability to hook up new fixtures, troubleshoot leaking, etc.</p>\n<p>· Lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.</p>\n<p>· Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</p>\n<p>· Reasoning ability enabling you to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated, or oral instructions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About The Bath Authority</strong></p>\n<p>We are one of the fastest growing bathroom remodeling organizations in North America.
