An Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sign-on Bonus: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a <strong>Milieu Coordinator</strong> at YOU, Inc., you will play a key role in improving the mental health functioning of youth in our residential programs. This role requires you to support the successful operation of a therapeutic milieu, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and trauma-informed care. You will lead a dynamic team, provide staff supervision, and coordinate daily activities to support youth in a client-centered environment. Flexibility is essential, with responsibilities that include evening, weekend shifts, and an on-call rotation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee shift scheduling and staffing ratios to ensure smooth program operations.</li>\n <li>Implement client-centered, skill-building activities in collaboration with the team.</li>\n <li>Supervise and provide guidance to Direct Care Staff/Residential Counselors, ensuring quality supervision and adherence to policies.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Program Directors and other Milieu Coordinators to fulfill staffing needs across programs.</li>\n <li>Provide on-call support and assist with staffing and programmatic concerns.</li>\n <li>Monitor safety risks in the milieu and take corrective actions as needed.</li>\n <li>Model best practices in client-centered care, trauma-informed approaches, and cultural competence.</li>\n <li>Support program hiring, training, coaching, and performance management processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3-5 years of related experience in mental health or residential settings.</li>\n <li><strong>Licenses/Certifications:</strong> CANS certified; standard driver’s license (Class C or D).</li>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> Ability to manage crisis situations, provide life skills training, and ensure safety protocols.</li>\n <li><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (or 200 pounds with assistance), perform physical restraint if necessary, and work in a physically demanding environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong>Be part of a dedicated team at YOU, Inc. where your contributions help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for youth.
