We are looking for a provider to anchor our mid-week coverage with a recurring <strong>Wednesday First Call (24-Hour)</strong> shift. Enjoy the highest level of clinical autonomy and a leading compensation package in California.</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Annualized Salary (Based on Experience | Inclusive of call stipends):</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>5+ Years:</strong> $382,500</li>\n  <li><strong>2–5 Years:</strong> $373,500</li>\n  <li><strong>0–2 Years:</strong> $364,500</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Sign-On Bonus:</strong> <strong>$40,000-$60,000</strong> (dependent on time of commitment)</li>\n <li><strong>7 Week Unpaid Time Off</strong></li>\n <li>Provider is responsible for malpractice coverage (2mil/4mil)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Practice Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Facility:</strong> St. Joseph’s Medical Center (Stockton, CA) – A 355-bed regional hospital and Level III Trauma Center.</li>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Every Wednesday – First Call (In-House 24 Hour).</li>\n <li><strong>Call Expectations:</strong> In-house shifts with post-call days off.</li>\n <li><strong>Balance:</strong> Remaining hours scheduled flexibly to ensure work-life balance.</li>\n <li><strong>Practice Model:</strong> <strong>Full Independent Practice.</strong> No medical direction.</li>\n <li><strong>Scope:</strong> Full scope of practice including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, central lines, and high-acuity cases.</li>\n <li><strong>Team:</strong> Work alongside 14 physicians, 30+ independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 resident physicians.</li>\n <li><strong>Case Mix:</strong> ~14,300 annual cases including General, Trauma, Cardiac (~800/yr), OB (3,000 births/yr), and Interventional Radiology.</li>\n <li><strong>Academic:</strong> Work in a supportive teaching environment alongside the Anesthesia Residency program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active California RN and CRNA License.</li>\n <li>Motivated to practice independently in a supportive, collaborative academic environment.</li>\n <li>New graduates ready to excel in an academic environment are welcome to apply.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To learn more about this opportunity, <strong>text or call</strong> Chris Campanelli at (<strong>914) 635-0062</strong>, or email [email protected]</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hospital Profile:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, CA, is a 355-bed hospital and part of the CommonSpirit Hospital System.
