This role partners closely with regional and brand leadership to support growth across New York, New England, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead regional talent acquisition strategy across multiple service brands </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with executive and operations leaders to forecast and execute hiring plans </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive high-volume technician hiring as well as leadership and exempt searches </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build, coach, and support recruiting teams across the region </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strengthen employer branding and pipeline development </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Leverage data and recruiting metrics to drive results </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel throughout the Atlantic North region to support brands </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of talent acquisition experience  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Multi-site or regional recruiting experience </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Skilled trades or field-based hiring experience strongly preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to influence senior leaders in fast-paced growth environments </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to travel regularly </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Apex Service Partners may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law. </p>",
