Description The JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Business Management team is a newly formed organization that serves as a partner to the Wealth Management CAO, providing comprehensive day-to-day operational support and guiding the advancement of key business priorities. Whether leading initiatives across Wealth Management and the broader firm, developing business analyses that inform senior decision-making, or curating executive-ready presentations and coordinating leadership forums, the team ensures the CAO organization operates with clarity, alignment, and momentum. As the Senior Associate Business Manager in the Wealth Management CAO Business Management team, you guide the optimization of the Wealth Management business by providing comprehensive day-to-day operational support and executing administrative functions and key initiatives. Develop high-impact materials, executive-level reporting, communications, and advance business priorities and the people agenda. Serve as a trusted advisor and counterbalance to the Head of CAO Business Management. This dynamic role requires versatility to navigate a broad range of responsibilities and respond effectively to evolving business needs. Success in this position demands exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in an environment characterized by ambiguity and change. Building strong collaborative relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners across JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management is essential.
