JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee & execute New Hire orientation including scheduling presenters, communicating with multiple stakeholders, to provide a positive employee experience   Working closely with the People Team and Talent Acquisition team to schedule & coordinate onboardings   Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and liaise between Hiring Managers, New Hires and HR/People Managers   regarding   onboarding and offboarding processes   Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks to ensure proper IT and Functional Onboarding for New Hires   Conducting and analyze exit interviews/data   Work on various projects to improve our onboarding and offboarding processes Provide feedback and   identify   opportunities for efficiencies of routine processes    JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in French and English  is an asset Level of Education:  Bachelor's Degree Required Knowledge of HRIS systems (General Workday knowledge is an asset) Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Applications    Relentless People-Centric mindset   Strong collaboration skills   Ability to analyze data to provide insights and trends Strong communication   skills both written & verbal.    Excellent prioritization, organizational   skills   and abilities.    Innovative, creative, result driven, and process oriented.    Continuous process improvement mindset    Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources   Not afraid to ask “why” and question the status quo.      Some   previous   Human Resources work experience is a plus, however junior/entry level candidates will be considered WHY LABATT: As one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, Labatt is a place where our people can bring out the best in themselves through a collective purpose of creating A Future   With   More Cheers.
