This role starts with revenue and sales automation, but the broader goal is to help shape a connected operating platform for AbeTech - one that brings together data, process, and user experience across business units.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Build and Architect Business Applications</strong></p><p>· Build features end-to-end across the stack, including frontend, backend, data, workflows, and integrations.</p><p>· Design system architecture, data models, and integration patterns for new internal and customer-facing tools.</p><p>· Plan how independent tools and automations can eventually consolidate into a more unified company operating platform.</p><p>· Make pragmatic technology decisions and document the reasoning, tradeoffs, and implementation approach.</p><p><strong>Automate Revenue and Operating Workflows</strong></p><p>· Design and build automation solutions that improve sales, marketing, client experience, revenue operations, implementation, support, and leadership workflows.</p><p>· Create tools that reduce manual effort, improve speed and consistency, and give teams better visibility into the business.</p><p>· Use Microsoft Power Platform where it is the right fit, while also applying traditional software development where custom solutions are needed.</p><p>· Prioritize high-impact work that delivers measurable time savings, revenue enablement, or operational improvement.</p><p><strong>Apply AI Where It Creates Real Value</strong></p><p>· Use AI development tools to accelerate personal productivity while maintaining strong engineering fundamentals.</p><p>· Design and embed AI capabilities into the platform where they solve real problems, such as internal support agents, knowledge retrieval, suggested-next-step tooling, intelligent document processing, and data extraction.</p><p>· Evaluate emerging AI/ML approaches and recommend practical ways to incorporate the strongest ideas into AbeTech systems.</p><p>· Ensure AI-enabled workflows are secure, explainable enough for the use case, and aligned with business needs.</p><p><strong>Integrate Data, Systems, and Infrastructure</strong></p><p>· Build ETL pipelines and integrations that aggregate data from ERP, CRM, and other line-of-business systems.</p><p>· Design data models that support both transactional applications and analytics/reporting needs.</p><p>· Manage REST/SOAP API integrations with vendors and internal systems.</p><p>· Follow Azure security, networking, infrastructure, and deployment best practices.</p><p><strong>Partner Across the Business</strong></p><p>· Learn AbeTech's full business cycle, from pre-sales through installation, implementation, support, and ongoing customer success.</p><p>· Partner directly with teammates in sales, operations, support, leadership, and other business units to understand pain points and validate solutions.</p><p>· Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders through strong written documentation and direct conversation.</p>",
