Police Officers who successfully complete all contractual requirements and secure an active position will receive a <strong>$2,000 hiring bonus</strong>.</p>\n<p>Allied Universal is actively recruiting currently sworn, non retired Police Officers to join our Company Police Force in North Carolina.</p>\n<p>This is your opportunity to work with a highly trained, state compliant private police agency that values professionalism, advanced training, and public safety.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Full Time, Part Time, Weekend Only and on call work available. $37.50 / Hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Your commitment continues to pay off, on your first anniversary, you’ll earn an <strong>additional $2,000 bonus.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>And it gets even better: beginning with your <strong>second anniversary and every year after</strong>, you’ll receive a <strong>$4,000 annual bonus</strong> as a continued reward for your service and dedication.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be at least 21 years of age. You must be an active police officer </li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED, Police ID, VPEC, and Firearm certification.</li>\n <li>North Carolina Basic Law Enforcement certification is required.</li>\n <li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li>\n <li>Attend required periodic training sessions and seminars, maintain required level of proficiency in the use of firearms</li>\n <li>Able to:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat</li>\n  <li>Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds</li>\n  <li>Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift</li>\n  <li>Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs general law enforcement duties including patrolling hospital campus, checking property, conducting room searches, maintaining order and public safety. </li>\n <li>Issues traffic and parking citations; apprehends, questions and arrests suspects; collects and preserves evidence; conducts investigations; responds to and assists in all medical emergencies; assists in conducting fire drills and evacuating buildings; provides security escorts for personnel; and chauffeurs division heads and visitors as requested. </li>\n <li>Attends required periodic training sessions and seminars; maintains required level of proficiency in the use of firearms. </li>\n <li>perform other duties as required to meet the client’s needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
