This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and manage internal and external communications and promote brand successes. The Marketing Associate, Brand Content &amp; Communications will support the development and execution of brand content to achieve growth goals and ensure consistency to our brand values and identity.</p><p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Content Development:Createbrandmarketing plan content to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns across multiple channels, including digitalandsocial media.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Creative Execution:Execute and deliver creative materials for both internal and external audiences in adherence to brand guidelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Strategic Account Content:Develop customized presentations and high‑touch sales materials for priority customers, translating brand positioning and visual identity into compelling, customer‑specific narratives that support salesconversations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Cross-functional Communication:Collaborate with productmarketing, sales, and R&amp;D teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with businessobjectives;Maintainintranetmarketing hub as a communication platform to update internal teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Project Management:Intake creative projects, communicate with stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Campaign Collaboration:Work with the Marketing team to ensure creative assets align with campaignobjectives, testing and refining to meet goals and KPIs.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Promotion:Promote business line wins, innovations, and achievements(internally and externally)</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Awards Tracking:Track anddevelopindustry award submissions and nominations.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Communication:Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Design Skills:Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Asana/or similar, and other relevant communicationand project managementtools.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Interpersonal Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Professional Experience:2-3 years of relevant professional experience.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
