We offer a range of evidence-based treatments and therapies tailored to each patient&#39;s unique needs, with a focus on long-term recovery and wellness.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Summary of position:</strong> We are currently interviewing Peer Support Specialists to join our Mobile Crisis Team in Kettering. As a Peer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing <strong>direct client services</strong> that address DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre&#39;s mission and are provided in a manner consistent with the organization&#39;s vision and values. This position has the potential to utilize <strong>flex hours</strong> to best serve the needs of our clients. Some travel between locations may be required.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provides <strong>peer support services</strong> under clinical supervision to adults that meet productivity and quality requirements set by DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre</li><li>Obtain the following therapeutic services as determined by the Treatment Team and specified in the client&rsquo;s Individual Treatment Plan: <strong>individual counseling</strong>, family counseling, <strong>group counseling</strong>, community activities, Facility visits, vocational training, and follow-up care</li><li>Comply with all new and current policies and procedures of DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre</li><li>Work with administrative/team managers to improve the <strong>quality of services&nbsp;</strong>through on-going studies of existing services, and needs assessment for improvement and revisions</li><li>Direct knowledge of <strong>substance abuse</strong>, correct documentation procedures, and current <strong>therapeutic methods</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate from an <strong>accredited college/university</strong></li><li><strong>Certified Peer Support Specialist&nbsp;</strong>certification is required</li><li>Must be licensed to practice in the State of Ohio</li><li>Competent in <strong>peer support services.</strong></li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Active Ohio Driver&#39;s License with a clean driving record&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p></div>\n<br/>11:30-8:00",
