    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Join a dynamic team making a difference in emergency behavioral health care.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is seeking an experienced and compassionate <strong>Behavioral Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Manager</strong> to join our team at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, Maryland.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This leadership role is ideal for a licensed behavioral health professional who is passionate about crisis intervention, patient-centered care, and program development. Reporting to the Director of Social Work Services, the PHP Manager provides clinical oversight and supervision while supporting individuals who require a higher level of care than traditional outpatient treatment can provide. The program also serves as a step-down level of care for patients transitioning from inpatient psychiatric treatment and at risk for readmission.</p>\n<p>As a key member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while helping guide and grow a vital behavioral health service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Candidates must possess and maintain an active Maryland license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) or a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to PHP staff.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team.</li>\n <li>Facilitate psychoeducational groups and ensure timely, accurate documentation.</li>\n <li>Maintain clinical records, assessments, treatment plans, and authorizations in accordance with regulatory standards.</li>\n <li>Serve as a liaison among patients, families, physicians, and treatment team members.</li>\n <li>Oversee daily program operations and ensure quality patient care and service delivery.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain relationships with community providers and referral sources.</li>\n <li>Support program growth through outreach and community engagement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#ZR</p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education, Experience & Skills</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Maryland licensure as one of the following:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C), or</li>\n   <li>Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Partial Hospitalization Program management experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in adult psychiatry, substance use treatment, and crisis assessment in an acute care setting preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in computer systems required; experience with Cerner MedConnect or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.</li>\n <li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>SALARY RANGE:</strong></p>\n<p>$99,840 to $104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Signet Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EOE</strong></p>\n<h2>Hospital/Program Description</h2>\n<p>MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center, Clinton MD is a 182-bed facility providing over 48,000 emergency room visits annually. The Behavioral Health Program includes a 24-bed Adult inpatient unit, a Partial Hospitalization Program and a Behavioral Health section of the Emergency Department.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Southern Maryland offers the peace and comfort of a smaller community with the culture of Washington DC a short 20 minutes away. Historic homes and landmarks comprise the city's main tourism landscape and offer a glimpse into Maryland's early life. Nearby attractions include Andrews Air Force Base and Camp Springs and the National Harbor.</p>",
