    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Here are some of the great benefits that we offer:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Competitive wage ($25+/hr. + shift differential)</span></li>\n <li><span>Company paid health and dental benefits</span></li>\n <li><span>Paid vacation&nbsp;and productivity bonus&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Opportunity for career stability and growth</span></li>\n <li><span>Tuition reimbursement program</span></li>\n <li><span>Protective personal equipment is provided, or cost of purchase is reimbursed</span></li>\n <li><span>On the job training</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Perform required safety inspections on cranes, welding equipment, tools, and assigned machinery at the start of each shift and periodically throughout, document results per company procedures.</span></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span>Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing and welding equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including but not limited to:</span></p>\n  <p><span>Sub Arc seam welders and K TIG welders</span></p>\n  <p><span>MIG and TIG hand welding equipment</span></p>\n  <p><span>Hand and pneumatic tools for material preparation and cleaning</span></p></li>\n <li><span>Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications and required documentation.</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform in-process and final inspections of products to verify conformance to customer specifications and applicable codes; accurately record measurements and results.</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare, clean, and package finished products to protect surfaces and ensure safe shipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Complete and maintain all required production and quality documentation, including inspection records and quality control requests.</span></li>\n <li><span>Safely operate overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other material handling equipment in accordance with training and company safety policies.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Cross-train in related departments (e.g., parts preparation, saw operation, machine operation/forming equipment) as needed to support operations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate in required safety, equipment, and operational training programs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Communicate effectively with team members and assist with training others as assigned.</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational goals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Welding equipment including Sub Arc, MIG, and TIG systems&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Manufacturing equipment such as plasma cutters, presses, flangers, polishers.</span></li>\n <li><span>Pneumatic and hand tools provided by the company&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Material handling equipment including overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts (training/certification required)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting team and production expectations.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate and assist with training others.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Consistent ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Good manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for an entire shift (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety footwear, etc.).&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Frequent light lifting (up to 15 pounds).&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Frequent moderate lifting (15–45 pounds).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
