    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Edgewater is seeking a Software Developer to support a major national laboratory. You will provide Windows Systems Administration support and design software tools and subsystems. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in the design of software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analysis. </li>\n <li>Assist Applications Engineer and Applications Programmer to interpret software requirements and design specifications to code and integrate and test software components.</li>\n <li>Provide services that are resilient, secure, standardized, and simple.  </li>\n <li>Provide secure authentication and authorization to access data and application workloads currently on premises and asthey migrate to the cloud, Windows configuration management for hosting such workloads, and proxy services.  </li>\n <li>Provide Windows Systems Administration support for corporate enterprise or direct project systems</li>\n <li>Hardware, software, operating system maintenance, performance tuning, capacity planning, configuration management and testing.  </li>\n <li>Have a continuous service improvement attitude and may be required to work with customers at all levels within the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BS/BA in CS or related field and/or Six (6) years related experience</li>\n <li>In lieu of degree, relevant experience is applicable</li>\n <li>Object Oriented Development in areas similar to .NET and JavaScript experience</li>\n <li>United States Citizen</li>\n <li>Active DOE Q or DOD TS SCI clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance throughout the length of the contract</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Us: </strong></p>\n<p>Edgewater Federal Solutions is a privately held government contracting firm located in Frederick, MD.
