Interacting with various customers to increase company presence in an assigned geographic area, as well as supervising and training new technicians or assistant technicians. The Lead Technician is responsible for promoting the safety, quality, and integrity culture at Colt.</span></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin:0in;color:black;border:none;'><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin:0in;color:black;border:none;'><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Essential Functions and Responsibilities: &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:0in;\"><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices alerting others regarding potential hazards both pertaining to and not pertaining to your scope of work</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to Colt&rsquo;s Core Values</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Assesses leaking components and reports on findings to operations, engineering, and customer representatives</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Performs leak repair operations that may include any of the following techniques and tasks:</span><ol style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Drill and tap of components</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Wire wrap and banding</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measure, to obtain complex design criteria</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Various Clamp and enclosure installation</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Measuring Complex geometries of components</span></li></ol></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Maintain on call status with ability to respond to customers rapidly and travel immediately to address customers emergency on site.</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Inspect leak repair device provided by manufacturing as part of quality control prior to installation</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Identifies the necessity for the use of proper safety equipment, in coordination with the plant, and Colt&rsquo;s safety matrix in order to perform all projects as safely as possible.</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Performs appropriate documentation and administrative procedures as required from a job to job basis</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Communicates and collaborate with, field personnel, client representatives and management in order to obtain successful completions of projects</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Maintains awareness of company products and services available to customer</span></li><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">Be willing to assist with sales functions throughout assigned territory</span></li><li>Willingness to take direction from supervisory and lead personnel</li><li>Adhere to quality procedures and demonstrate a strong safety culture</li></ul><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin:0in;color:black;border:none;'><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: &nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:0in;\"><li><span style=\"color:black;background:white;\">High school diploma or equivalent required.
