For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyse cost reports and regularly review with senior management </li>\n <li>Conduct budget preparation including detailed cost modelling and benchmarking analysis, and reviews with senior management </li>\n <li>Manage project costs against budget throughout your project, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost saving initiatives to increase client value </li>\n <li>Monitor the financial close-out on all projects including settlement of all vendors </li>\n <li>Oversee and provide guidance on commercial change management and change evaluation efforts </li>\n <li>Oversee the RFPs through to procurement for project services and products </li>\n <li>Proactively lead all commercial risk management efforts </li>\n <li>Review analytics for project portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have extensive cost manager experience focused on MEP, ideally from a consultancy background working on large and complex projects </li>\n <li>Have an understanding of MEP Systems and ability to read services drawings and schematics</li>\n <li>Are RICS chartered or are on the path to complete it.  We can help </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable qualification in construction, quantity surveying, mechanical or electrical engineering </li>\n <li>Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and thrive in a fast paced environment </li>\n <li>Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Are detail oriented and quality focused </li>\n <li>Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
