In this role, you will play a key part in designing, automating, and optimizing our infrastructure and deployment processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will leverage modern DevOps tools and practices—including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, Packer, Ansible, Git, and Bitbucket—to implement robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions that support high availability, security, and scalability across our platforms.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of well-defined tasks, proactively solve technical challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate closely with your teammates, sharing knowledge and learning from experienced peers to progressively expand your impact within the team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position is based in our Lyon office, with flexibility to work in a hybrid schedule.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.</li>\n<li>Build, operate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and other automation platforms.</li>\n<li>Manage source control systems (Git, Bitbucket) following best practices for branching, merging, and version control.</li>\n<li>Identify and help reduce technical debt across infrastructure and automation solutions.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.</li>\n<li>Support the security, performance, and reliability of cloud-based environments.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues and infrastructure-related incidents.</li>\n<li>Promote best practices in code quality, automation, and DevOps methodologies.</li>\n<li>Participate in technical discussions and design sessions, contributing to task breakdown and solution design.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, security, product, IT) to align infrastructure objectives.</li>\n<li>Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Kubernetes using kubectl, Helm, and manifests.</li>\n<li>Manage Kubernetes clusters (scaling, upgrades, networking, storage, RBAC) and support observability and troubleshooting (e.g., pod failures, resource constraints, networking issues).</li>\n<li>Exemplify the Core Values of Tech Soft 3D on a consistent basis. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation. </li>\n<li>Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, and Git. </li>\n<li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools. </li>\n<li>Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, yaml) for automation. </li>\n<li>Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, source control management, and deployment best practices. </li>\n<li>Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, GitHub Actions, AWS/GCP is a plus). </li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Kubernetes — deploying workloads, managing clusters, and troubleshooting container orchestration issues. </li>\n<li>Understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and performance optimization. </li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure architectures. </li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills; growth mindset and willingness to mentor and learn. </li>\n<li>Exposure to multi-platform development (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS). </li>\n<li>French and English language skills. </li>\n<li>Ability to occasionally travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bonus Points If You Have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Certifications in Azure, AWS, or DevOps-related fields.</span></li>\n<li><span> <span>Experience with package managers, data managementand optimized retrieval</span></span></li>\n<li><span> <span>Familiar with agile development workflows and Jira</span></span></li>\n<li><span> <span>Experience with containerization (Docker)</span></span></li>\n<li><span> <span>Experience with managed Kubernetes services (AKS, EKS, or GKE), GitOpsworkflows (Argo CD, Flux), or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).</span></span></li>\n<li><span> <span>Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.</span></span></li>\n<li>Experience working in an international company.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reasons to Not Apply:<br></span>We believe in matching great talent with the right roles.
