          "text": "<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Bioanalytical Research Associate</strong> to support laboratory testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with analytical lab experience who can operate instrumentation, execute assays, and contribute to a high-quality, regulated environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine bioanalytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics</li><li>Operate analytical instrumentation, including <strong>liquid chromatography (LC), iCE, CGE, pH, and UV-Vis spectroscopy</strong></li><li>Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysis</li><li>Execute assays with accuracy and attention to detail under minimal supervision</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment</li><li>Accurately document experimental data in compliance with <strong>cGMP</strong> standards using <strong>LIMS</strong></li><li>Support general lab operations and continuous improvement efforts</li></ul>",
