This includes initial planning,<br>implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll do:</span><br>- Develop and manage execution of paid campaign to achieve the lead<br>   generation goals.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">- Create paid advertising campaigns on different marketing channels<br>- Implement a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to optimize campaign<br>   performance.<br>- Analyze and provide reports and insights to improve performance<br>  continuously.<br>- Analyze user behavior using different analytical tools.<br>- Optimize the conversion rates of our advertised products.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">- Continuously explore new paid marketing channels.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must Have:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">- Prior experience in e-commerce.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">- Experience with social media platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok and Google<br>   Ads.<br>- Strong working experience with google analytics, google data studio and<br>  automation marketing.<br>- 2 - 3 years of experience working in performance marketing roles.<br>- Strong analytical and planning skills.<br>- Experience in Automation Marketing.</span></p>",
