This includes:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Development, administration, inspection, and correction of deficiencies of SURTASS security programs, procedures, and accounts</li>\n <li>Training and qualifying COMSEC personnel</li>\n <li>Verification and accountability of classified material inventory</li>\n <li>Physical security compliance and verification</li>\n <li>Development and verification of emergency action plans</li>\n <li>Conducting periodic audits and inspections of all SURTASS security programs</li>\n <li>Tracking, reporting, and assisting the SURTASS Vessels with Defense Courier Service (DCS) deliveries</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>#LI-TF1</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING</strong></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates degree</li>\n <li>Graduate of Navy Communications Security (COMSEC) Manager School</li>\n <li>Three (3) years experience serving in a COMSEC Program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Five (5) years experience with personnel, information, and physical security</li>\n <li> Experience serving as a Physical Security Manager </li>\n <li>Experience serving as a COMSEC Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
