Supply clear and concise variance reports to substantiate the analysis.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:13px;'>Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts. Accurately prepare and convey all operational and financial data to the Regional Manager when requested.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:13px;'>Effectively perform and document employee evaluations and performance improvement plans</span></li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:13px;'>Report all liability and community incidents to the corporate office immediately.
