Pacific Coast Fresh Company takes pride in developing employees and recruiting from within, and previous order selectors have gone on to work in a wide variety of roles including forklift operator, delivery driver, supervisor, warehouse manager, account manager, buyer, and more.</p>\r\n\r\n<p> </p>\r\n\r\n<p>This position is responsible for fulfilling customer orders by picking fresh product (fruits and veggies) from racks and storage areas and efficiently assembling the product on pallets to fill customer orders. Check out <a href=\"https://youtu.be/Frov3kJey9M\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this video</a> to see one of our Order Selectors in action.</p>\r\n\r\n<p> </p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What you'll do...</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Operate a hand-held scanner</li>\r\n\t<li>Operate a pallet jack</li>\r\n\t<li>Stack produce cases</li>\r\n\t<li>Build pallets and tag them appropriately</li>\r\n\t<li>Working cooperatively with checkers to fix errors</li>\r\n\t<li>Clean warehouse as needed</li>\r\n\t<li>Other duties may be assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>What we look for...</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to use and understand portable communications within a warehouse environment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment safely and professionally</li>\r\n\t<li>Good oral and written communication skills.
