You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment. Manage flight reservation requests for both charted and commercial plane bookings for all AEM employees at all Nunavut Sites; Daily Management with Nomadis and Travel Agencies Manage hotel rooms booking for all AEM employee; Support all Nunavut sites regards camp capacity; Support employees in making room reservations and other requests as required; Maintain an organized and clean working environment.
