    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <b>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span><b>End-to-End Procurement</b>: Source materials from local and foreign suppliers while complying with active sourcing rules.</span></li>\n  <li><span><b>RFQ &amp; Selection</b>: Validate Quotes from suppliers, analyze quotations, and create detailed comparative statements for best supplier.</span></li>\n  <li><span><b>Order Management</b>: Generate purchase orders to suppliers while aligning deliveries with customer deadlines and Oracle demand dates.</span></li>\n  <li><span><b>Oracle Data Maintenance</b>: Maintain absolute accuracy when executing and updating attribute studies, parameters, and tracking settings in the Oracle system.</span></li>\n  <li><span><b>Supplier Performance Management</b>: Monitor and drive supplier metrics (OTD, PPM) regarding delivery, lead time, and capacity, aligning with global vendor policies.</span></li>\n  <li><span><b>Inventory Control</b>: Actively review excess or \"D-excess\" stock, route parts to active demand with QC approval, and allocate to open demand.</span></li>\n  <li><span><b>Vendor payments</b>: Before GRN / Payment booking, ensure clear vendor invoices as per Purchase order and ensure on time payments as per agreed payment terms.</span></li>\n  <li><span><b>Relationship Management</b>: Serve as the daily point of contact for external vendors to build, optimize, and maintain reliable buyer-seller partnerships.</span></li>\n  <li><span><b>Reporting &amp; KPIs</b>: Generate and maintain regular procurement data, spend analyses, and supply chain reports to keep leadership informed.</span></li>\n  <li><span><b>Customs Clearance &amp; Documentation&nbsp;</b>: Knowledge on Customs clearance documents like AWB,BOL, BOE etc and aware about basic compliance to be met for Imports customs clearance.&nbsp;</span><br>\n    &nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>Who You Are:</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span>You keep in touch with customers, build the customer relationships, understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships, balance planning with actions, research initiatives and try innovative ways, You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive, focus on priorities and set stretch goals, apply systems and technology to stay on track, convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives</span><br>\n    &nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>For This Role, You Will Need:</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span>Engineering / Diploma or Equivalent Degree</span></li>\n  <li><span>5+ years Material Planning / Purchasing experience.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Oracle Experience will be an added advantage</span><br>\n    &nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span>Strong negotiation skills, Supplier capacity and capability analysis.</span></li>\n  <li><span>Implementing an improved efficient sourcing strategy to avoid the lead time and other indirect cost.&nbsp;</span></li>\n  <li><span>Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a good team player</span></li>\n  <li><span>Product cost Estimation&nbsp;</span></li>\n  <li><span>Familiar with ISO9001 standard requirement / quality requirements.</span><br>\n    &nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>Our Culture &amp; Commitment to You:</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li><span>At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
