Our mission is to leverage the collective strengths of FQHCs to improve the health and wellness of the people we serve. We are a fast-growing organization founded in 2016 with 9 health centers and now serving hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries who receive primary care at health centers and independent practices nationally. We are an innovative organization developing new partnerships and programs to improve the health of members and communities, and to strengthen our health center partners.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:6.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><u>Job Summary:</u></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">The Pharmacy Delivery Driver is responsible for managing daily operational delivery duties for Community Pharmacy Cooperative (CPC), a subsidiary organization of C3, and for our participating FQHCs and Affiliated Participating Providers (APPs).</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><u>Responsibilities:</u></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Deliver orders according to assigned directions for each order</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Assist in keeping delivery room in order</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Provide cross-coverage for additional delivery routes</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Complete all required paperwork, including delivery reports and signatures from recipients of packages<u><br></u></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&nbsp; <u>Required Skills:</u></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">1-3 years&rsquo; experience in a Shipping environment, preferably in a Pharmacy or Medical setting preferred</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must have access to a smart phone</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Follow driving safety guidelines including speed limits, lane changes, and use of turn signals</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to work independently to accomplish goal</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><br></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:5.95pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<u>Physical Nature of the Job</u></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Light work: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
