We’re looking for reliable, hard-working, and motivated individuals to join our amazing Dental Assisting team at our East Greenbush location!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>No dental experience? No problem! We offer on-the-job training so you can learn everything you need to succeed.<strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-Time, 4 x 10-hour shifts<strong>Office Hours: </strong>Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM<strong>Starting Pay:</strong> $20.00 per hour</p>\n<h4>What We Offer</h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A 4-day work week</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid Time Off and Unpaid Time Off options</p></li>\n <li><p>Health and Dental Insurance are available after only 3 months of employment</p></li>\n <li>401(k) options</li>\n <li><p>Consistent schedule with a four-day work week (no weekends!)</p></li>\n <li><p>Annual performance-based raises</p></li>\n <li><p>Supportive team culture and growth opportunities</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Responsibilities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist pediatric dentists and dental hygienists during routine hygiene visits and preventive procedures, anticipating provider needs to ensure efficient, seamless appointments</li>\n <li>Prepare, maintain, sterilize, and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards</li>\n <li>Escort patients and families throughout their visit, creating a welcoming, engaging, and child-friendly experience from check-in through check-out</li>\n <li>Obtain and document consents, diagnostic records, radiographs, clinical findings, and treatment information accurately and thoroughly</li>\n <li>Educate and support patients and parents by reinforcing treatment recommendations, preventive care instructions, and next-visit needs in a clear and compassionate manner</li>\n <li>Monitor patient concerns, communicate relevant information to the dentist or hygienist, and help ensure continuity of care</li>\n <li>Contribute to smooth daily operations by maintaining appointment flow, engaging patients during wait times, and supporting an exceptional patient and family experience</li>\n <li>Maintain current CPR/BLS certification and comply with all safety, regulatory, and practice policies and procedures</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Reliable, professional, and eager to learn</p></li>\n <li><p>Comfort working with children</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be available for a full-time, four-day work week</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Join our team at The Smile Lodge and help make every child’s dental visit a positive experience!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>INDHRDA02</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
