Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of slot machines, slot systems, and related equipment; peform routine maintenance on machines in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.  </li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with slot machines and related equipment. </li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment per manufacturer's specifications. </li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with ACSC slot system and the central control computer server system. </li>\n <li>Install, remove, and modify slot machines and related equipment as directed, including full preparation of slot machines for play. </li>\n <li>Generate computer reports relating to slot performance and maintenance, as required. </li>\n <li>Assist with guest service problems and inquiries.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED; Associate’s/Technical Degree in a technical or related field preferred; 1-2 years of experience in a technical or computer related field or prior experience with slot machines; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.           </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.  </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to write reports. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to perform basic math skills. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions.  </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.  </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.</li>\n <li>Intermediate computer knowledge; competent in Microsoft Office applications. </li>\n <li>Must qualify for any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
