We always want to do more, and that's where you come in!&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>General Atomics Integrated Intelligence is looking for a Project Analyst to provide support at our Charlottesville, Virginia location.<ul><li>Under general supervision, plans, tracks, analyzes, and reports project data in accordance with procedures for projects of varying contract type, size, and complexity.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Works in a team environment with technical, financial, and management staff to track and control contract activity and deliverables.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Interacts with management to establish and maintain cost/schedule baseline and perform Estimates At Completion.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>May assist in the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and related dictionaries.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Contributes in the development and implementation of Earned Value or equivalent cost tracking methodologies, performs related variance analysis, and works with program/project managers and technical personnel to ensure uniform application of procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Implements reporting procedures to review project status, valuation of work in progress, as well as tracking procedures for contract deliverables. Assists in new business proposals by developing schedules and reviewing manpower and cost estimates.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><br><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><ul><li>Works with project teams. Inputs, updates, and maintains people, material, and expense plans data across the company.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Prepares schedules and budgets, and performs monitoring, analysis and reporting on assigned contracts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors and assures budget availability, proper approval authorization and charge accounts. Tracks the status of procurements for the purposes of cost reporting.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and maintains master program schedules for assigned contracts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Interfaces with operating and support groups (Purchasing, Finance, QA) to collect data for preparation of schedules and reports.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides task leaders and program managers with clear, timely and accurate information and make recommendations with which to make decisions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in the development of reporting procedures to evaluate project status, valuation of work in progress, and tracking of contract deliverables.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>May contribute in the preparation of cost/schedule, variance and earned value reports/analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
