Work hours include Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 7:15am to 3:45pm at Loaves and Fishes; and Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 4:30pm at the Catholic Pastoral Center, Casa Azafran FRC, or McGruder FRC.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Cleans and assists maintaining the Loaves and Fishes building, including but not limited to kitchen, dining hall, and bathrooms.&nbsp;</li><li>Regularly assists in supervising volunteer groups of all ages in multiple settings and programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates and regularly updates multiple community partners/agencies to best assist guests and clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains food pantry organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with Open Shop at Second Harvest.&nbsp;</li><li>Data entry.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with managing volunteer calendars.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with inventory of supplies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with loading and unloading supplies, with the ability to lift 35 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to coordinate the program without direction in the event the Program Coordinator is out.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains accurate client/program records regarding services provided according to Agency guidelines, using the database(s) provided by the agency and within Agency timeframe.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively participates in supervision sessions, periodic team meetings, and training as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
