In this role, you will lead the delivery of fire protection projects across industrial, commercial, and mission-critical environments—directing project teams, developing talent, and ensuring exceptional client service. This is an opportunity to balance technical execution with people leadership, fostering collaboration while delivering high-quality, compliant solutions that protect lives, assets, and operations.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to fire protection projects—from initial assessment through planning and design</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Fire Protection team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals, ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goals</li>\n <li>Effectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical fire protection initiatives</li>\n <li>Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phase</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience </li>\n <li>Minimum of 11 years of fire sprinkler experience required; fire alarm experience is a plus</li>\n <li>A minimum of 8 years of project management experience</li>\n <li>Experience leading a team</li>\n <li>Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents for projects</li>\n <li>Experience managing project accounting processes to include project budgeting, forecasts, and cash management</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience managing client relationships</li>\n <li>Experience understanding and interpreting client contract requirements</li>\n <li>Ability to resolve matters timely and lead projects to completion with a sense of urgency</li>\n <li>The ability to track and oversee multiple projects</li>\n <li>Experience in Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Deltek Vision is preferred</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license required with the ability to travel as needed</li>\n <li>NICET certification is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead impactful fire protection projects that directly enhance safety, operational reliability, and client success</li>\n <li>Expand your technical and project management capabilities through complex, high-visibility work</li>\n <li>Build lasting client partnerships while helping deliver solutions that protect people and critical infrastructure</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the innovative work our Fire Protection Services team is delivering?
