    "description": "<h2>About JerseySTEM</h2>\n<p><strong>All JerseySTEM roles are pro-bono (unpaid) positions.</strong>JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey.</p>\n<p>Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a <strong>minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week </strong>and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>This is a New Jersey pro-bono volunteer position. </strong>The Videographer works with the Marketing team to design a script, and goes to middle schools where JerseySTEM's Outreach Programs are offered to obtain footage of the students working on their projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with Marketing team members on video concepts including script writing</li>\n <li>Go to sites to video in-person JerseySTEM Outreach Programs</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to address needs in multimedia content</li>\n <li>Collaborate with video editors/producers to create final product</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in film, media, or another relevant field</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience </li>\n <li>Self-starter</li>\n <li>Creative</li>\n <li>Project based - 3-5 hours / week, for 6 months</li>\n <li>Transportation is reimbursed by JerseySTEM</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a pro-bono volunteer position.</strong></p>",
