In this role, you’ll help build shipping containers and other products by assembling parts and subassemblies.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">You will have the opportunity to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble components using hand and power tools</li>\n<li>Follow basic blueprints and instructions</li>\n<li>Work with a team to meet daily production goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Level 1 (Entry-Level)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 year of assembly or related experience</li>\n<li>Comfortable using hand and power tools</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of blueprints</li>\n<li>Ability to work under supervision and meet goals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Level 2 (Mid-Level)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5 years of assembly experience</li>\n<li>Experience operating a variety of machines</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of department processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Level 3 (Advanced)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of assembly experience</li>\n<li>Experience in aerospace or defense industries is a big plus</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of assembly processes and equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bonus Skills (Not Required):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forklift certification</li>\n<li>Blueprint reading certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What's in it for you?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM</span> (3-day weekends)</li>\n<li>Full benefits after 60 days, including 401K with company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off after 6 months<br></li>\n<li>Paid birthday off </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hourly Pay (Weekly): </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level 1: $17–$19</li>\n<li>Level 2: $19–$21</li>\n<li>Level 3: $21–$25</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you’re hands-on, dependable, and ready to grow with a long-standing company, we’d love to hear from you—<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">apply today!</span></p>",
