    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Calling All Construction Accounting Specialists🔨📊</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">📍 Delray Beach, FL (Onsite | Monday–Friday)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">🕒 Flexible Schedule: 7–4, 8–5, or 9–6</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">💰 $70K–$80K+ (based on experience) + discretionary bonus + generous benefits</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A privately owned, well-established construction company in Delray Beach is looking for an experienced Construction Bookkeeper to join their team.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is a hands-on role within a stable organization where you’ll gain exposure across multiple areas of construction finance and play a key role in day-to-day operations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">🔑 What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supporting day-to-day accounting operations across AP, AR, job costing, purchasing, and project accounting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working closely with a team of 8 accounting professionals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Working with financials including balance sheet and income statement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assisting with and adapting to an ERP transition</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contributing as a true “doer” — this is not a supervisory/delegation role</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">✅ What They’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3+ years of accounting experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Construction accounting experience required (GC or subcontractor)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on experience with ERP systems (conversion/migration experience is a big advantage)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of core accounting functions (AP, AR, job costing, financials)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Someone adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to take feedback, problem-solve, and operate independently</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">*************LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ************</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
