You will assist with listing and tagging equipment, clerking the actual auction whether in person or online, and travel to customers' facilities. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Catalog equipment for sale in all auctions by creating detailed write-ups, descriptions, and photos</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Dedicated to learning and understanding the auction industry, standards, and best practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Collaborate with internal departments and equipment owners to gather information and documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Perform lot building, setting auction parameters, and managing the bidding processes through auction software </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Provide professional customer service and support to bidders, as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Describe and photograph the auction listings in a way that encourages bidding and to best represent the equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Responsible for meeting operational deadlines for finalizing auction listings and catalogs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Assists in the preparation of and timing for marketing materials for upcoming auctions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Willing and able to travel for SIGMA Auction to catalog lots and coordinate with rigging companies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or a related field strongly preferred; at a minimum must possess a high school diploma </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Must be experienced researching items on the internet. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Experience with optimizing images for web use with tools such as Corel or Photoshop is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none\">Physical/Travel Requirements:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; text-decoration: none\">Up to 60-70% travel </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;
