Being a Mentor, you have clear ethics, sound judgement, excellent care skills, and an exemplary and broad practice, all of which enables you to lead with appreciation for individual progress and devotion to a high standard of care. Most of all, you’re eager to share your experience and your love for Christian Science nursing to inspire others as they grow in this healing work!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Mentor Christian Science nursing trainees to ensure care meets the standard of the <em><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manual </span></em><em><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">By-Law: Christian Science Nurse</span></em></span></li>\n<li><span>Provide guidance and on-the-job training for Christian Science Nursing trainees.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with the Director of Training and Mentor team to align training with classroom instruction.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain close contact with patients to assess needs and ensure proper, consistent care.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide constructive feedback for Christian Science nursing trainees' performance evaluations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Continually refine your own nursing practice through mentorship, training, and hands-on patient care.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Journal<span>-listed Christian Science nurse and actively demonstrating the</span><span> </span><em>Manual </em><span><em>By-Law: </em>Christian Science Nurse</span></li>\n<li><span>Completed class instruction with an authorized Christian Science teacher.</span></li>\n<li><span>Graduate of a recognized Christian Science nurses training program.</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Christian Science nursing facility.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Member of The Mother Church and an active branch church member.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong metaphysical clarity, judgment, ethics, and dedication to healing.</span></li>\n<li><span>Thorough understanding of CSNA I &amp; II course material and application in daily practice.</span></li>\n<li><span>Exemplifies Christian Science nursing qualities in both personal and professional life.</span></li>\n<li><span>Team player with demonstrated supervisory and mentoring abilities.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Excellent communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English.</span></li>\n<li><span>Basic computer proficiency.</span></li>\n</ul>",
