Work within a team environment which includes shift work and job rotation. Complete all activities required to assure that all products are manufactured to meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and consistency.</p><p style=\"margin: 0px;\" data-mce-style=\"margin: 0px;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin: 0px;\" data-mce-style=\"margin: 0px;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin: 0px;\" data-mce-style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>&bull;Undertake morning calibration tests and ensuring that test equipment is ready for the day&rsquo;s production<br>&bull;Perform the required grading of finished product against a set of customer specifications<br>&bull;Ensure that all the required documentation is completed in a timely fashion and that it is accurate and legible<br>&bull;Conduct pre-operation sanitation inspections including microbiological and ph testing<br>&bull;Complete test results to standard and take action in out-of-specification situations<br>&bull;Follow and enforce Good Lab Practices (GLP&rsquo;s)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ◦Maintain adequate stock of lab supplies<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; ◦Maintain work area in a clean, neat, orderly manner<br>&bull;Inform Supervisors and Management when out-of-specification situations occur</p><p style=\"margin: 0px;\" data-mce-style=\"margin: 0px;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin: 0px;\" data-mce-style=\"margin: 0px;\">Qualifications<br>&bull;Must have excellent attendance and great communication skills<br>&bull;Must be able to work in temperatures less than 40 degrees fahrenheit</p><span data-mce-style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><p style=\"margin: 0px;\" data-mce-style=\"margin: 0px;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin: 0px;\" data-mce-style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong>Environmental Working Conditions:</strong><br>&bull;&nbsp;Hazards include but are not limited to cuts from broken glass, slips, trips, falls, cuts, burns and strains.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Will be exposed to extreme cold, 38 degrees or below.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Depending on season may be exposed to variable temperatures including extreme hot and cold.<br>&bull;&nbsp;Noise level may be moderate to high during busy times.</p><p><br></p><p>It is PFI&rsquo;s policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all<br>employees.
