The position requires knowledge of shipping, unloading, Non-Poly processes and the ability to prioritize work for the best interest of the company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential duties and responsibilities: </u></strong></p>\n<p>The essential functions of this position include, but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must certify and obtain Lift Truck Operator License</li>\n <li>Possess basic math skills</li>\n <li>Possess good communication skills (verbal and written)</li>\n <li>Possess a positive professional attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Specialized Knowledge:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must learn and effectively use computer programs including but not limited to SAP, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li>\n <li>Transfer non-poly materials between storage areas and deliver to the production lines, as the schedule requires</li>\n <li>Must learn to generate pick lists using SAP for production non-poly requirements</li>\n <li>Expedite non-poly to lines as necessary when schedule changes</li>\n <li>Must change truck batteries and report mechanical issues appropriately</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Personal Abilities and Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Must work overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>Must be a demonstrated team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>No Step 2 corrective actions within the last six months</li>\n <li>Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
