          "text": "<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated <strong>Bioanalytical Chemist</strong> to support the analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics in a laboratory setting. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on analytical experience who are comfortable working independently while maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics</li><li>Run instrumentation independently including, but not limited to LC, iCE, CGE, pH, and UV-vis spectroscopy</li><li>Preparing samples for analysis and running instrumentation with minimum supervision</li><li>Prepare standards and samples for analysis</li><li>Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activities</li><li>Knowledge of cGMP and LIMS</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Chemistry</strong> or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)</li><li><strong>2–6 years</strong> of hands-on bioanalytical or analytical chemistry experience</li><li>Experience operating chromatographic and spectroscopic instrumentation</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory environment</li><li><strong>Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>iCE (imaged capillary electrophoresis)</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>CEX (cation exchange chromatography)</strong> and similar separation techniques</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>compendial assays</strong> (USP/EP methods)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Strong technical and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision</li><li>Excellent documentation and organizational skills</li><li>Understanding of regulated laboratory environments (cGMP)</li></ul>",
