Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.</p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The Proposal team contributes to ION Solar by designing proposals for residential solar opportunities.</span></p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#2c3e50;\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Read utility bills and enter them into our custom proposal tool.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Create detailed designs using Aurora that accurately depict the solar production potential of a home.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Work directly with our sales team to tailor proposals to the needs of the customer.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Work efficiently to fulfill all requested proposals.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Be comfortable on the phone or communicating via SMS receiving and fulfilling requests from the sales team.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#2c3e50;\"><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#2c3e50;\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">A high school diploma or equivalent is required</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Solar experience preferred </span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"color:#2c3e50;\"><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></span></span></p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks. </span></p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Shifts are flexible during the week, team members are required to work two Saturdays a month</span></p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
